What's Here?
Most of the content is a collection of WAV/MP3 files of telephone tones and associated sounds. You don't hear tones like these any more - well not on the UK network at least. You will also find pdf versions of a book that I produced years ago (see Telident) for identifying telephones. I've added listings from my original website (see below) to help you sort out what's here. Good luck!
For many years these recordings resided on some free webspace supplied by an ISP. A lot of the tones were herded together in The Rob Grant Telephone Tone Menagerie. However due to the bandwidth demands by tone-hungry fanatics they closed me down! Now, thanks to Google Sites, they are again online for thy perusal.
