Short bio

I have joined the Department of Economics at the University of Sussex since September 2019. I obtained my PhD in Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 under the supervision of Bram De Rock and co-supervision of Thomas Demuynck. My research interests are mainly focused on family economics, though I am also interested in revealed preference analysis and economic theory in general. You can find my CV here.

Non-academic interests

Outside of my academic interests, I am a bit of a history buff, with particular interests in military history and the history of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

I also enjoy reading philosophy in my spare time, especially the work by Hannah Arendt (who -  I should add - disliked being referred to as a `philosopher'!)

My guilty (and nerdy) pleasures are Star Wars (I even like the Prequels !!), LOTR , Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, and Game of Thrones (excluding seasons 7-8.)
