BIO
I have been a semi-pro photographer since the 1990s, I inherited a 1960s Pentax 35mm film camera from my shutter bug grandfather, who spent many decades bicycling around Europe and taking photographs of landscapes, historic buildings, and macro subjects. The Pentax came with multiple lenses, filters and extension rings, which allowed me to explore the creative process and learn the fundamentals of this totally manual film camera.
In the late 90s, I became involved in the film and television industry of southern California, working in both production and post production. I attended and graduated from the Art Institute of California with an Associate of Science in 3D, holding the distinction of receiving the "Best Portfolio" award for the class of 2001.
Today, I am active in photography and video production in the areas of Nature, Live Music, Surfing, Skate Boarding, Break Dancing, and other photography of So Cal and Rocky Mountain life style.
