I am a Professor at Lund University (Department of Economics) and an Affiliated Professor at Stockholm School of Economics (Department of Economics). I am also a member in The Prize Committee for the Alfred Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences (2019 - present), a Board Member and the President of the Society for Economic Design (board member 2014 - present, and President 2023-present), an elected Board Member of the Society for Social Choice and Welfare (2016-2022), and an Editor of the Scandinavian Journal of Economics (2020 - present). I was a member of the Scandiatransplant Steering Commitee for the Scandiatransplant Paired Kidney Exchange Program (2017-2020). In addition, I write policy reports for the European network Matching in Practice and I am part of the European Network for Collaboration on Kidney Exchange Programmes. My research has been published in leading journals in Economics, Operations Research, and Medicine, for example, Econometrica, The Review of Economic Studies, American Economic Journal: Microeconomics, Operations Research, Journal of Economic Theory, Mathematics of Operations Research, Theoretical Economics, and Transplantation.
