Using toDNG is easy - just drag-and-drop whatever folders you want to convert onto the toDNG window (shown below). You can drop and combination of individual files and directories. The converted files will be written to the same directory as the original file.

Note: Due to the latest App Store security restrictions toDNG can only convert the contents of entire folders - you can't convert individual files.
