Practice Guidelines:
Practice time restrictions: Practices beginning prior to 7:00pm are limited to leagues 14 and younger. Practices beginning at 8pm and later are limited to leagues 13 and older.
Move a practice (In-Zone Only): Coaches can move a practice by emailing sports@carync.gov. Practices can be moved at any time.
Add a practice beginning Wednesday (In-Zone Only): Coaches may add one additional practice a week in their own zone, space permitting, by emailing no sooner than the Wednesday before the week (beginning the following Monday) they wish to add a practice. Emails sent prior to Wednesday seeking to add a practice for the following week will not be acted upon.
Add or move a practice beginning Friday (Any Zone): Coaches may add or move a practice to another gym in any zone, space permitting, by emailing no sooner than the Friday before the week (beginning the following Monday) they wish to add or move a practice.
Max of 2 practices (3 for Preseason): During the regular season, teams will be limited to a maximum of 2 practices per week.
Practice Key:
CO6 = Coed 5-6
B8 = Boys 7-8, G8 = Girls 7-8
B10 = Boys 9-10, G10 = Girls 9-10
B12 = Boys 11-12, G12 = Girls 11-12
B14 = Boys 13-14, G14 = Girls 13-14
B16 = Boys 15-16
B18 = Boys 17-18, G18 = Girls 15-18

Please review the online schedule before emailing to change or add practices.
Practice adjustments will be made in the order in which they are received. PRCR staff will respond to emails to confirm the move, or to inform the coach that the move is not possible.
