Membership Application
By application for and after approval of membership in Tsa-La-Gi Yacht Club, each applicant for himself, his heirs, assigns and spouse specifically assumes any risk inherent in any activity actually
existing on the Club premises shore line and water adjoining the same. The Club Jackson Bay Marina Inc. and its officers assume no liability whatsoever for any accident or resulting injury whether personal or otherwise in the operation and maintenance of the Club or
activities in connection therewith or for any equipment owned or operated by the Club.
Each applicant agrees specifically for himself, his heirs assigns and spouse to hold harmless the Club Jackson Bay Marina Inc.
and its officers for any and all liability in connection with any and all Club activities or use of the Club equipment or Club premises.
This waiver assumption and indemnification is to be in force and effect as long as the member is in good standing.
I agree to be governed by the Tsa-La-Gi Yacht Club constitution Bylaws and Rules and Regulations including the above ‘hold harmless’ clause.
A STOCK PURCHASE is required plus initiation fee (1/2 - $200, required with application) to join Tsa La Gi Yacht Club and
an annual MEMBERSHIP FEE is payable in advance of each calendar year.
The annual FULL MEMBERS FEE includes dry storage of one boat in the boat storage yard (ask about exceptions) and use of all the facilities.
OTHER USE FEES are charged to reflect the needs and requirements of the member and are charged separately for:
extra boat and/or trailer storage (per unit stored); dockage in slip or on a mooring; camping in Corp approved area.
Additional fees are assessed for use of electric on the docks, when available, and in the camping area.
Labor charges when requested by a member or provided to protect a member’s property will be assessed on an ‘as used basis’.
The Treasurer provides itemized statements after acceptance of the new members by the Board of Directors of the Club and annually to all members.
