From within Microsoft WORD:

For accented vowels:
- Hold CTRL and tap the ' key.
- Then type the vowel you wish to accent.
For ñ
- hold down CTRL and SHIFT and press the ~
- type n
For ¡
- hold down CTRL and SHIFT and press the !
For ¿
- hold down CTRL and SHIFT and press the ?
For ü
- hold control and shift keys
- hold : key
- press u key

In all other programs:

You must hold down the ALT key while typing a four number code.

NOTE: Make sure you have number lock on.

NOTE: You must use the number keypad to the

right of your PC keyboard, not the row of

numbers above the alphabet keypad.

If you have a Laptop this keypad will usually be

contained within the right side of the letter

keyboard (you will have to put on number lock

to use it)
