What we experienced at this Hotel weekend 16th May 2008
Rooms: Rooms were newly refurbished and spotlessly clean.
Fresh towels daily and a great shower.
Bar: Great atmosphere with a good selection of beer, prices were also reasonable.
Bar and restraurant staff: All very friendly and helpful + always smiling!..
Evening Meal: The food was first class good honest 'grub' just what you need after a hard days walking.
Although the bar and restaurant were nearly full every night, Thanks to the Chef and the kitchen staff
Oh,, and the waitress, our group alway recived our food together.
Breakfast: A good selection of fresh fruits, cereal and of course the full English Monty.
All washed down with great coffee and tea. I expect you could also order a continental breakfast,,, Not that any of us did
Packed lunch: Great value.
The Widdington Walkers,
Would like to thank all of the staff of The Bryn Tyrch Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.
The Bryn Tyrch Hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park surrounded by stunning scenery. Capel Curig is very popular with walkers and climbers as it is ideal for outdoor pursuits. The hotel has 15 double bedrooms, which are mostly en-suite and great facilities including a bar and dining areas, which are open all day for food and drink. The main bar has excellent views of Snowdon, which guests can enjoy while relaxing with a drink, or in the smaller public bar there is a pool table to keep you entertained. The menus offer an excellent selection of traditional Welsh fare and ethnic dishes. The chefs pride themselves on offering the best vegan and vegetarian meals in North Wales.
