Officer duties
Company officers
Officers are expected to promote and represent the company. Should they be inactive for 6 months, they will be stripped of their title.
Captain
- Representative for talks with other companies
- Manages voting
- Runs FB group
- Maintains website
- Makes announcements
- RP group leader
Lieutenant
- Fills in for absent captain
- Does whatever is delegated down
- RP Second in command
Local officers
Sergeant
- 1 per park
- Makes sure members of their park are in garb
- Makes sure members of their park know about issues up for vote
- RP leader for local quests
- Sergeant's role is fulfilled by highest ranking group officer present
Adjutant
- Only present in parks with 6 or more members (If less than 6 members, duties performed by Sergeant)
- Organizes events like craft nights
- Fills in for absent Sergeant
Member responsibilities
Members are expected to follow the rules of Amtgard and to not be dicks at all times.
Recruitment
Before approaching anyone to join the White Fang Protectorate, that person must fit the following criteria;
1. Attend field regularly
2. Have a long term interest in the game
3. Be suggested by a member of the White Fang to an officer and be approved by both officers
4. Have passed a vote with 51% of the popular vote
Should a person petition the White Fang to join, they should be directed to an officer who will determine if they meet the criteria and then pass a vote with 51%
Dismissal
Members will be automatically dismissed following 9 months of unexplained absence. Members who are dismissed due to inactivity may petition to rejoin should they choose to resume playing Amtgard.
Members will be dismissed if a secret ballot garners 75% of the vote against a member. Two members may petition the Captain to initiate the vote.
Voting
Voting on White Fang Protectorate matters is only open to members of the White Fang Protectorate. Members may not vote more than once.
A vote to change something passes if it receives more than half of the votes (unless specified otherwise).
Other
White Fang events
White Fang events, such as ditching or craft nights, can be proposed and hosted by any member. It is the responsibility of the adjutant to assist in the organization and implementation of any Protectorate event, unless the host chooses to organize the entire event on their own.
Circle of Steel
Non-members can only fight in the WFP for the circle of steel if approved by the majority of members present at the event.

The White Fang Protectorate currently has 1 officer. He is;

It will be determined at each event whether or not company members will be working under the direction of their officers for a quest, RP battlegame, or other incident of roleplaying.
Base of operations
The White Fang Protectorate currently operates out of the White Fang keep, situated on a bluff over a river. It is near the Duchy of Felfrost. The current keep is a walled manor and with several outlying buildings, including a barracks and smokehouse.
Mission board
The mission board allows members to accept jobs posted by the company leadership. These jobs are mostly related to RP or crafting.
