Parents -
Your children are preparing to embark on a new journey called the I-Search. This is a research-based project where students will develop writing and research skills by trying to find something that will help improve the Vanden Campus.
Your children will be required to identify a problem that Vanden has and develop a method on how to help that problem. They will be researching the history of the problem as a world issue and narrow it down to focus on the campus itself. If students go down a route that might end up in a controversial matter, I will make sure to discuss it with you before moving forward on the issue.
A letter with more detailed information will be coming to you this week.
