Security
Residents are encouraged to lock their vehicles at all times and to report any suspicious persons/activity to the Aiken County Sheriff's office.
Covenant Issues
Repeated covenant violations for parking of vehicles in yard/grass, lot maintenance and non-use of the ACC for projects continues to be encountered.
Additionally, the burning of yard waste (leaves, small limbs) is regulated by Aiken County. Burning of household waste is not allowed in the county. Residents are reminded to consider their neighbors that may be sensitive to smoke prior to burning.
2020 HOA Dues
The 2020 HOA dues have been received for all residents. Thank you.
Board Meetings
The 2020 Board meetings and annual HOA meeting will be held at the Gregg Park Civic Center. Board meetings start at 6:00PM. Currently, Board meetings have been suspended due to covid-19. If any resident has an issue, please contact one of the Board members.
