To add a neighbour using Facebook you first need to...
Connect your game to your Facebook account.
Some devices require the official Facebook app to be installed and logged in for this to work. (Some android devices can use the Facebook Web login, so you can log in without having to install the Facebook Spyware on your device).
While in the Sims FreePlay, Press the Settings button. (The green button with 3 white dots)
Then click on the blue Keyhole button. (On some devices, this may appear as a Facebook Logo)
Click on the "Log In" button under Facebook.
This will take you to a Facebook Login Page. login with your Facebook details, and accept the prompts.
Once you are signed in it will show you that you are.
Adding Neighbours with Facebook:
Now that you're signed in, go to Facebook, either on your Computer, or your device, and add people to your friends list.
If they have The Sims Freeplay, AND they add you back, they will be added to your party boat in The Sims FreePlay automatically.

To delete a neighbour you just need to remove them from your friends on Facebook.
▶ My neighbours can’t see an Item, Object, Sim, or even a Building in my town, why is that?
If you make any changes to your town, you need to upload your gamesave to "The Cloud" for your neighbours to see it.
To do this, Click the settings button. (The Green Button with the 3 white dots).
Then click on the Blue Cloud button.
Click the green "Upload Save Data" button.
Then select "Yes".
It will then tell you that it was successful.
Now when your friends view your town, they will see that missing Item, Object, Sim or Building!
