I'm an applied microeconomist working mostly on issues of development, especially child health, consanguineous marriage, and firm-level productivity.
I teach primarily microeconomic theory at the undergraduate, Master's, and PhD levels and advise student research at the graduate level.
I'm also a managing editor of the Lahore Journal of Economics and co-director of the Innovation & Technology Centre at the Lahore School of Economics.
My research has appeared in the Journal of Development Economics, Population and Development Review, Review of Development Economics, and Journal of Biosocial Science.
