The interiors of the hotel where everybody stays during the wedding were filmed here (thanks to Iamnotastalker). The lobby was not the actual lobby, but an area in the back redressed by the film crew. The rooms were all shot on the 2nd floor. The scene with Kevin and the ice machine was filmed in an empty office that was redressed.

In a flashback scene, Jim and Pam are seen eloping at Niagara Falls. These scenes were actually filmed aboard the Maid of the Mist (from the American side) with a skeleton crew in one day.

To create the landfill that Michael and Dwight go to, the actors (and foreground "trash") were filmed against a greenscreen in the warehouse stage and composited (rather badly) against plates filmed at the Scholl Canyon Landfill north of Eagle Rock, CA.
