We don't get to our much loved bach as often as we would like and so we have decided to let a few select people rent it out when we aren't using it.
Location The Bach is located at 16A Rue de La Mer, Le Bons Bay only a hop skip and a jump from the safe sandy beach, rockpools, river, and a domain with childrens playground, flying fox and tennis courts. Le Bons Bay is only 1 hour 30mins from Chch or 25 mins from Akaroa. Directions
Facilities
Fully equipped and comfortable, our bach has a double bedroom, 2nd bedroom with two single beds and a bunk room (sleeps 4) and air beds. Full list of Facilities
Rates Standard rates $120/night, $200/weekend, or $550/week.
Dec/Jan, School Holidays, Public Holidays $140/night, $250/ 2 day weekend, $320 / 3 day weekend or $700/week
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (non-refundable if you cancel within two weeks of your stay).
Availability
Our bach is available for rent all year round.
Special Notes
This is our family home away from home so please treat it as if it was yours.
No smoking in the house please
No pets allowed inside
There isn't any cell phone coverage - but there is a phone (03) 3048984 which can be used in emergencies. To stay connected you will have to bring a laptop with a dial up internet connection.
We have a limited rain water supply – so please use water sparingly if it hasn't rained in a while.
Please bring your own drinking water.
You will need to turn the hot water on at the mains power board above the washing machine on arrival.
Please leave it clean and tidy and turn off the hot water and any appliances at the wall when leaving.
The bach has an external key box which is located at the rear near the power meter. If you are renting the bach you will be given a code number to access the bach keys
