Bedrooms
There is one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk room (sleeps 4) and air beds (stored in the smaller bedroom).
Additional duvets, blankets and pillows are also stored in the chest in the 2nd bedroom
Please provide your own linen, sheets, towels, teatowels etc
The main lounge has a stove fire (from Winter 2011) and there are additional heaters
Living / dining room (2)
Living/Dining
There is a living room with a 3 seater couches ,2 armchairs , an 8 seating dining table, a stereo, tv, dvd player, Nintendo 64, heater and phone (so if you have a laptop and dial up internet you can still be connected).
There is also a large hall opening onto the deck with plastic table and chairs
There are plenty of novels, board games, jigsaws and a few dvds
Kitchen
Stove and oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, jug etc.
Please replace anything you need to use from the cupboards (The closest shops are in Akaroa or return with the key)
Bathroom
Shower over bath, separate toilet
Laundry
The washing machine doesn't always spin and uses a lot of precious water – so it should only be used in emergencies
Cleaners are in the cupboard to the left of the washing machine
Vacuum cleaner, broom and mop in the cupboard by the door to the hall
Outdoors
Softball, cricket, tennis, badminton, petanque sets and various balls can be found in the locked box on the deck
Old outdoor chairs are stored in the "old long drop shed" adjacent to the house.
The key for these is just above the washing machine at the back door
