"A Woman's Look..." is a catchy phrase that Regina would say, it started our idea to write a book of handy hints for camping families. Since our first edition of camp recipes we have discovered new favourite creations, shared with us from family and friends.

We have stretched the boundaries of "meat and three veg" and created more adventurous recipes. NO more instant potato!! We are excited to introduce Cous Cous, Quinoa and Polenta - all delicious companions.
