Welcome to The Cambrian Audax, a classic and challenging road cycling event, starting from Herefordshire and heading west across the Cambrian Mountains then back.  Stunning scenery, fantastic climbing and deserted Welsh roads await your cycling predilection.

The date for this year’s calendar event is Saturday 13th April 2024  Bridge Street Sports Centre in Leominster will be the HQ.   Use the subpages opposite for further information and to enter via the AUK page.

 

Audax United Kingdom is the internationally recognised long distance cycling association in the UK.  AUK Calendar Events take in some of the best cycling roads in the UK.  Usually referred to as Audax UK or AUK, it was established in 1976. AUK oversees the running of long-distance cycling events in the UK, and, using a system of timed checkpoints, validates and records every successful ride.

Audax UK is a non-profit organisation and provides its members with :

·       A quarterly A4 magazine, called Arrivée, packed with information, event updates, letters, stories and photographs.

·       A web site giving up to date details of events and results.

·       A yearly Handbook.

·       Inclusion in the AUK Awards and Championships structure.

·       3rd-party insurance while participating in AUK events.

·       And the warm glow you get from belonging to the world's largest long-distance cycling club.
