Call her upon your arrival to let her know the time/date you will be leaving the chalet. DO NOT PLAN TO ARRIVE AT THE HOUSE BEFORE 3:00PM ON WEDNESDAYS UNLESS YOU HAVE CLEARED IT WITH HER DIRECTLY.
Upon Departure, please strip all beds that were used, load/run dishwasher, and do not leave anything in the washing machine without coordinating with Anna. If beach towels were used, please wash and dry them before leaving. Remember to close the flue to the fireplace and to close the Patio Umbrella (or else it will fly away!). Please empty all water from coolers. Please make sure all windows that do not have screens on them are kept closed to keep furry/flying residents from moving in.
SUBURBAN (Limited to use by partners only):
To arrange pick up in advance you can email them at properties@renoairport.com. When you arrive at the Reno airport, call PARK TO TRAVEL shuttle service at 775-328-6769. Their address is 2900 Vassar. They will take you to the suburban 3-4 blocks away. Please make note of the mileage, maintenance, etc. in the notebook kept in the car. Always leave the Suburban full of gas and cleaned for the next partners.

Saturday & Sunday : 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays - the office will be closed from 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. and unstaffed

They now require 24 or 48 hours notice to get the Suburban out.
If you arrive before/after hours, you will need to contact them and they will leave it outside their gate. Ask for Paula Joe or Kate. Be sure to check their schedule around major holidays!

TRASH – trash pickup is Monday mornings around 7am. Trash should be bagged and left in the bear box - please make sure the trash can lids fit on the trash cans or they will not pull the trash out. Neighborhood maintenance will pull the trash cans out of the Bear Box and put by the curb for collection. We have a new recycling plastic bin outside but they only pick up every other week The Blue Bags are used for recycling. There are 2 trash cans in the kitchen – one for recycling by the patio door, and one in the cabinet to the left of the sink. The trashmen will leave a new blue bag in the empty trash cans.
Swimming Pool/SPA: Use the NEW key card (the plastic card) to access the pool area. It is by the printer in the kitchen.
Sleds, Snow Shovels, and misc large items are kept in the under-house storage. The entrance to this storage is on the left side of the house. Code is 210. Beach items kept inside in under-stairs storage.
Please leave general necessities (Toilet Paper, garbage bags, etc ) stocked for the next Partner.
If anything is broken or needs fixing, please repair it if possible. If it’s not possible to fix, please tell the next Partner so it can be fixed. It takes a village!
There are 2 AC filters that need to be changed every 3 months. Please check the date on the filters to see if they need to be changed. Extra filters kept in under-stairs storage.
Snow tires need to be put on in Nov/Dec and taken off in April/May. They are kept in the under-house storage.

Interesting option used by the Majewskis: VIP Ski rental service – Black Tie Skis, www.blacktieskis.com. You order skis online and they deliver to the house and fit you. When you are finished, they pick them up. With our group, they came to the California Lodge and picked them up the last day. The cost to rent is not that much more than others in the market.
