The Kairos Weekend

Kairos "Inside" is a lay-led Christian Interdenominational ministry which conducts a structured program designed for use in male and female medium-to-maximum security prisons. The goal of the Terrell Kairos ministry is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ inside the C. T. Terrell Unit in Rosharon, TX and to plant a church to His Glory. This is accomplished through holding twice yearly 3 1/2 day Weekends, twice yearly 1/2 day retreats and weekly Prayer & Share.

The Kairos Weekend experience is centered around listening to talks and meditations, along with other activities including group discussions, meals and group worship. During this weekend participants are given the opportunity to experience a religious renewal accepting God's call to a life of Christian witness and service within the institution and beyond.
