The training is very professional and it prepares you on logistics prior to entering the prison and informs you of the dos and don’ts I truly enjoyed my training session. After you do this you will be placed on the TDCJ database as a Trained Certified volunteer for TDCJ and you are good for 2 full years, as long as you stay active with in 1 year, after the 2 years is over a refresher course is needed but normally is easier to apply and our Walls team usually tries to make accommodations for the team members.
