A pushpin placemark can now be omitted by leaving the latitude, longitude, and address cells blank.

Polygons can now include more than one inner polygon being appended to the string of outer coordinates separated from the latter and from each other by line feeds.

Excel crops large data in cells. To overcome this, the script now can read text files in which you store long list of path and polygon coordinates. The text file can include inner polygons, as well. Ipso facto, the "Po.innerBoundary" column has been cancelled.

Folders can now include description baloons and/or snippets when (1) both the latitude and the longitude cells have the value  "-0", (2) the address cell is blank, (3) and if there is some data in the description and/or in the snippet cell in the first row the folder appears. Hence, the pushpin placemark of the row will not be created but other placemarks will be.
