Bourgade Catholic High School is a privately run school library. Angela Moore is a librarian at Bourgade. According to Angela, most of the rules the library follows is according to the Catholic Diocese. The library collection is determined by the dioceses as is the level of internet filtering on the computers. This information can not be accessed by the general public. The question of confidentiality was brought up with Angela and she did say that she did tell the parents what their student checked out if they asked.
Internet Public Library (IPL)
A great resource for teens on the internet is the IPL. This answers many questions of why a teen would go to the library, what a virtual or physical library offers, and how outreach to teens will improve their interactions.
