About

I am originally from Austin, Texas. I am an Assistant Professor in the Business and Economics Department at Wayne State College.

I was previously the Director of the Policy Research Laboratory in the Salem Center for Policy at The University of Texas at Austin and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Finance Department.

I am also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for which I served a two year mission in central and southern Taiwan. During my mission I learned Mandarin Chinese. If you would like to learn more about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints see here or here.
