Dressed weights average 380 to 500 pounds. Dressed weight is also referred to as the carcass or hanging weight.

QUANTITY - Depending on your household size, you can order a:

* Quarter - 2 to 3 cubic feet of freezer space

* Side - 4 to 7 cubic feet of freezer space

* Whole - 8 to 13 cubic feet of freezer space

CUSTOM CUTS - Choose from a variety of pure bison products:

* Roasts - Sirloin Tip, Round, Cross Rib, Chuck, etc.

* Steaks - Tenderloin, Striploin, Rib Eye, T-bone, Sirloin, etc.

* Stew, Ribs, Ground

* Sausage - Garlic, Smokies, Salami, etc.

* Jerky and many other specialty products

We also sell bison hides and skulls.
