Currently, I am an assistant professor in mechanical engineering at Northern Illinois University.

Previously I was a postdoc at Prof. Diamond's Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. I graduated with my PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Bionano-Mechanics Lab at Lehigh University in 2015 and 2012, respectively. I am interested in Mathematical modeling, computational fluid dynamics and microfluidic application in Bioengineering. Particularly, I developed a parallel fluid structure interaction code studying nanoparticle transport, blood flow with cell suspensions, and platelet transport in microcirculation.
