Who are we?
We are SYNCHROCOLLECTIV: an international artist- and artisan collective. Our colorful team consists of freaky brilliant nerds and geeks from all manner of trades and departments.

We are working with utmost motivation towards the development of new techniques which will allow us to keep the production of animated features efficient and affordable, while at the same time maintaining the tradition of hand drawn animation.

Because there is one thing that connects all of us, and that is the fascination for hand drawn animated features from all over the world. Whether it be in self organized offices or at home all by our lonesome, we are tinkering on our projects, to whisk you away to strange worlds.

What are we doing?
SYNCHRONIZER (working title)
(former title: SYNCHRONICITY – The Last Prophet)

A traditionally hand drawn, apocalyptic Science-Ficiton Road Movie Anime Adventure! It is the year 2117 AD. The scientist Evan Harbinger and Ada, his lover, are on their way to the by now ice free South Pole, where they believe they have discovered the source of all life. During their travels they become friends with a four legged super computer who leads them to their long anticipated goal. But nothing can prepare them for what awaits them there…

What do we need?
Aside from small private gigs far and few between, our project unfortunately isn’t making any money to speak of, since we basically all have 40 hour jobs and therefore can only work on SYNCHRONIZER as a hobby.

That’s why we are looking for fans, sponsors and producers who can support us, as well as illustrators, musicians, sound and motion designers, film cutters and voice artists who would like to team up with us.

What are we offering?
We love to draw quick sketches of you at public events. And our most loyal fans will even have the opportunity to be immortalized in our anime movie as animated characters!

We also offer the following exciting 45 to 90 minute long workshops:
  • Drawing: Backgrounds one-point, two-point, three-point perspective, still life
  • Design: from circle to sphere to life form, creat character
  • Animation: first steps from a sheet of paper to moving images on the PC

There is a lot to do. Write us and apply for at:

Synchronicity is a concept, first explained by psychiatrist Carl Jung, which holds that events are "meaningful coincidences" if they occur with no causal relationship, yet seem to be meaningfully related. During his career, Jung furnished several slightly different definitions of it.

A collective is a group of entities that share or are motivated by at least one common issue or interest, or work together to achieve a common objective.[citation needed] Collectives differ from cooperatives in that they are not necessarily focused upon an economic benefit or saving, but can be that as well.
