Teaching has always constiuted a significant part of my academic work. I am lucky to have worked with students at four different universities:
New York University (Wagner School), USA
Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany
European Business School, Germany
Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim, Germany.
With microeconomics and public/environmental economics being my strong points, most of my teaching concentrated on those fields (Public Economics and Finance, Applied Environmental Policy and Regulation, Economics of the Market, Fundamentals of Public Policy, Advanced Microeconomic Theory, General Equilibrium Theory, Preparatory course in microeconomics for PhDs).
I have also offered lectures in Introductory Economics and held tutorials in Mathematical Economics and co-designed with Prof. Rainer Durth from KfW a seminar on Economics of Energy Turnaround.
I also held guest lectures in Lucija Muehlenbachs' Energy Economics class and in Peter Howard's Environmental Economics class.
I have gained significant experience with supervision of seminar theses (International Taxation, Environmental and Resource Economics) as well as co-supervision of Master's and Bachelor's theses from the area of public/ environmental economics.
