Hi, I'm Florent CORBY aka Bogomips , french contributor passionate about music and computers.
I started programming in 1985 with my computer club in my school.
At that time, we were using Thomson MO5 computers on an internal network with a Goupil PC under MS-DOS as server.
I started using the PC around 1989 with MS-Dos 3.3 and then Windows.
I discovered Linux in 1994 with a friend from high school who used Red Hat.
But I started using Linux in the late 1990s from time to time.
I stopped using Microsoft products in 2007 with the arrival of Vista and focused on Linux and free software.
It was from there that I got back to programming and then I joined the Syllable community since 2011.
