To assist retired and semi-retired executives and professionals meet others with similar vocations.
The Club meets monthly to provide fellowship and hear a guest speaker, at 10 am on the first Tuesday of each month except January, at the Union, University & Schools Club , 25 Bent Street, Sydney. The Club provides the opportunity to keep abreast of important social changes and world affairs. Visiting Probians are always welcome.You are encouraged for stay for lunch at the Club in the main dining room on the first floor. The dining room is open from Noon.Entree - $20.
Hot menu, one main course - $28.
Hot menu, two courses - $38.
Wine, 1/2 carafe - $7.
Coffee and tea available, no additional charge, in the Dangar Room on the ground floor.
Between meetings, The Social Program arranges visits to places and organisations of particular interest to members, partners and guests.
The Newsletter, summarising club activities, is published on this website each month, distributed by email and posted to those without email access.
This web site is intended to facilitate promotion and bookings for the Social Program, aid new Member recruitment, and be of continuing interest and use to Members with a variety of levels of computer literacy. The Probus Club of Sydney
Our Club is an association for active members of the community, and for retirees and those no longer working full time, to advance intellectual and cultural interests and to enjoy the fellowship of new friends.
Our members come from almost fifty postcodes around Sydney. Our Club is for male members only.
