Baby Strange

Baby Strange hailed from Waukesha, WI. They enjoyed a brief period of activity in and around the Metro Milwaukee area during the mid-80s. While mainly influenced by the metal bands of the day they managed to sneak in bits of 70s glam and punk as well. This band gave me some of my highest and lowest points in my music career, sometimes both within the span of fifteen minutes. No matter how much we rehearsed, each performance was like starting over. Sometimes we nailed it, other times we crashed and burned.

While no official recordings were made there are rehearsal tapes out there from which the one compilation listed here was made from.

A second line-up consisted of Pat and Dan with Tony Bear on drums. Some home 4-track recordings from this line-up exist and will be made available soon.
