For an occasion to remember, bring the wonderful sound of a big band to your event!

Music

We have over 400 pieces of music, catering for all ages and musical styles and can therefore tailor an afternoon or evening of music to your specific theme or style. From Louis Armstrong and Michael Bublé through to Uptown Funk!, we will provide the soundtrack to your event.

Our fees

Our fees are dependent on the type of event and the distance we have to travel so please do get in touch so that we can discuss your ideas and Sweet Rhythm can give you a very competitive price for your wedding, corporate event, garden party etc. As an example, the evening reception for a wedding might be organized as follows:

• setting up and sound check before your evening guests arrive

• Sweet Rhythm Big Band - 45 minute set including your first dance

• break - time for cutting the cake and for your guests to enjoy their evening buffet

• Sweet Rhythm Big Band - 45 minute set for your guests to party

Of course, it's your event. By contacting us well ahead of time, we can ensure that the music, the timings and all the important details are perfect for you.

No need for a DJ

Apart from being a professional quality big band, Sweet Rhythm also provide a high-quality PA system for your event as well as recorded background music or a compilation CD of your choice before the performance and during the breaks at no extra charge, so there is no need for a DJ.

Space to perform

We will require enough space to accommodate 15 players (minimum band size). We need chairs that don't have arms as these interfere with the playing of our instruments and we also would appreciate a secure space to store our instrument cases etc.

Public Liability Insurance

For your peace of mind, we carry £5 million public liability insurance.
