The following have been added...

• 1. WIC Formula and Medical Nutritional Prescriptions has been added in the Provider Forms Section

  2. Children's Health Fact Sheet -- Illinois Consent & Confidentiality Laws:  Added to Medicolegal Section

  3. Patient Follow-Up Excel List, Instructions for Use, and Blank List:  Added to Administrative Tools

  4. The Site "Decision Aid" has been placed under Patient Online Resources

  5. A Clinic Organization Section was added:  Room Stocking Checklist, Daily Encounter Room Preparation, Procedure Setup, and  Patient Preparation list.

  6. A link to Diversity Rx and CultureGrams was placed in the Crossing Cultures Section

  7. A new section for a listing of Online Lectures was added.  This is under development
