-Loans of 5000 pesos and below are payable in 4 paydays while those of more than 5000 pesos are payable in 5 paydays

-A penalty of 1% on top of the remaining balance shall be imposed for every payday missed

--In the event that the borrower fails to pay loaned amount within 5 days of the agreed upon payment schedule, an interest of 1% each month in addition to the interest already accrued will be applied to the loaned amount. This means that the interest rate on payments made beginning on the 6th pay day and on-wards shall be 4.5%.
