The following rules were amended at the 2014 annual fall meeting. These rules will be in effect for every season going forth unless amended at an annual fall meeting.
All league games, both regular season and play-off, will have a two man referee system. The referee must be 18 years of age and the linesman must be 15 years of age. Neither has to possess a current certification, but must have held certification at some point.
Any underage referee must be ok’d with both teams and the president before the game. The home team must discuss with the away team before and if it is ok with both teams, the home team must send an email to the president, with the away team cc: stating that both teams have agreed to it.
If a player received two (2) major penalties or a total of nine (9) penalty minutes in one game, they will be subject to ejection from that game. A major penalty will be one of the following: Body Contact, Roughing, and/or Slashing.
If a player received three (3) ejections in one season, they will be suspended for the remainder of the season and will only be allowed to return for the following season pending a review from the executive at the annual fall meeting.
