Gallery: Fiber Art

From quilts to wall hangings to pillows and purses, our members who create fiber art can turn almost any piece into a work of art. Several artisans use multiple types of fiber in one piece and the results are interesting and beautiful. During the month of February, Lake Marion Artisans Gallery normally hosts a quilting exhibition composed of quilts made by artisans from our local Senior Quilting Center.

Fiber art - refers to fine art whose material consists of natural or synthetic fiber and other components, such as fabric or yarn, e.g. quilts, tapestries, rugs...
