Pool Area

As of now, 4/26/21, pool opening announcements will be made closer to time and based on how the CDC gives us, as a neighborhood, guidance in this matter. We appreciate your patience during this time.

• • NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL -No exceptions in the pool area.

  • Pool hours are from 8am thru 10pm. Main gate will be closed and locked.

  • Only Summer Leigh residents and their guests can use the pool.

  • Guests MUST be accompanied by resident. NO TRESPASSING! Violators will be prosecuted.

  • Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Pool gate shall remain locked at all times. Do NOT block gate open.

  • Access cards will be activated once pool opens and at Boards discretion.

  • No glass containers allowed on pool deck area inside fence.

  • Running, Dunking, and Horseplay are prohibited.

  • Exit pool area in case of thunder or lightning immediately.

  • Lifesaving equipment for emergency use only.

  • In case of emergency dial 911. Phone is for emergency use only.

Respect Your Neighbors

• • Place ALL trash in receptacles.

  • Close umbrellas if you are the last to leave the pool area.

  • Keep restrooms clean and turn lights off.

  • Pool area is under video surveillance.
