Summer Leigh, a covenant run association, continues to be one of the most attractive, well-maintained neighborhoods in Henry County. Beginning in 1990, Summer Leigh has continued to be a self-managed neighborhood that all others are compared against. The community is governed by an HOA of 6 board members who are elected to 1-year terms each year.

Summer Leigh also offers a wide variety of amenities that are thoroughly enjoyed by our residents including a wi-fi swimming pool, playground with swing set, and large two story clubhouse, just to name a few. The majority of our lots have various trees and the rolling hills offer a beautiful landscape with which to call home. For those who already call Summer Leigh home, thanks for being great neighbors!
