The Suburban Brothers Band was first formed in 1995 as Bob Pinnola gathered a bunch of regular suburban guys who liked to get together to play and write music, laugh, joke, relax, sing and jam on front porches, in back yards and at block parties. Since the beginning of the band, "Cousin Mikey" Immerman has been at Bob's side. Over the years, the times have changed and their music has grown.

The Suburban Brothers Band has performed at over 100 different venues throughout New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia and California at concerts, clubs, taverns, pubs, sophisticated art galleries and mansions (and not so sophisticated beach parties and tiki bars), restaurants, street fairs, charities and festivals, at all types of events, big or small, electric or acoustic, indoor or outdoor, in the city or at the beach, as an acoustic duo or full band, or anything in between... wearing very fashionable suits and ties or very comfy shorts and stylish Hawaiian shirts!

The SUBURBAN BROTHERS BAND consists of...

BOB PINNOLA Guitarist at Law on lead, slide and rhythm guitars, vocals, piano, harmonica, bass, drums, banjo, mandolin, cowbell, legal advice and stand up comedy. (Sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference between his advice and comedy.)

MIKE IMMERMAN "Cousin Mikey" is one very cool dude on full-bodied finger-picking guitar, vocals, kibitzing and is a master chef. Mikey is Bob's first cousin in law.

JOE CLAYTON "Mojo" on bass, percussion, guitar, vocals and setting up sound systems and equipment with lightning speed and a big smile!

RON STAIB "The Staibilizer" has been sitting in on drums and vocals since the early days of the Suburban Brothers and now has come back into the group full time, adding a cool solid groove and a smooth voice. Ron is a long time family friend.

Bob heads south again and goes back to Southern Maryland to play solo acoustic guitar at a very cool family friendly winery. Come relax and listen to live music (and perhaps a few of Bob's jokes) and drink excellent wines made from grapes grown in local Southern Maryland vineyards. There's also food, non-alcoholic beverages, plenty of tables and seating, and a very comfortable casual vibe. Original music and classic covers. There will be a special musical guest, Bob's daughter Rosa singing and playing flute. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

All joking aside, the Suburban Brothers Band believes in supporting community and charitable organizations, including the Sierra Club, Seatuck Environmental Association, St. Baldrick's Foundation, Over the Hill Gang Charity, Wheelchairs and Veterans Enjoying Summer (WAVES), Walter Erwood Islip Community Beautification Project, Islip Arts Council, Sea Paddle NYC Autism Foundation and for other community, charity and cultural events.
