League Winners 2023. June's all men 'B' Team.
GARDENERS CUP Final
Played on Presidents Day September '23
The winner Isobel Williamson, Runner-up Norman French.
HANDICAP CUP August 2023
All players played 2 games in a 'Round Robin' to bring numbers in line for a semi final and final.
WINNER was Norman French with Anne Unthank a very close runner up.....21 - 20.
Semi finalists were Rodney Rigg and Claire Black.
DAVIS CUP
September 2023
Davis Thornborrow kindly donated a cup/trophy and organised the competition.
It was won by David Nelson. Runner Up George Mitchinson, Semi finalists June Kidd and Rodney Rigg.
Lovely day for celebrating President Kevin's Day, Weather not too bad at all.
Good fun playing targets and a round robin!
Lovely Jacobs Join spread and a successful raffle with lots of prizes.

Paul Edmondson, but as Paul did not make it, I have no photo of his presentation...........sorry!

Both played on the same day, wet at times but everyone played well.

SANDRA ION MEMORIAL INVITATION DAY
Despite the odd shower, members and their guests enjoyed a great days bowling, a Jacobs Join and plenty of refreshments.
Over £200 was raised, in memory of Sandra, for Cancer Research UK.

Runners Up - Alan Winstanley and his guest Peter Blamire
with President Kevin Moffatt.
