Working within the restrictions relating to Coronavirus (Covid-19) we continue to offer 2 services each Sunday at two of our Benefice churches (see service pattern below). If you intend visiting any of our Benefice churches during this time then please read the important information about staying safe by clicking the 'Returning to Church Safely' link below. You can still receive pastoral care from our 'Priests' by following the link below and you can join with the 'Batley Night Prayer' live on Facebook by following the 'Like Us on Facebook' link at the bottom of this page. You can also join the WhatsApp group by sending your mobile number to either Father Martin or Revd Mark.
In the meantime we continue with our online services; just follow the link below to 'Recorded Services'.

Welcome to St Thomas' Church, a Church of England parish in the Diocese of Leeds and one of 4 churches in the United Benefice of Batley - we invite you to look around the site and get a feel for your church. Please share any comments or questions that might be on your mind through our online guest book.
Whether or not you are currently a member of any church, we'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to one of our weekly services. If you would like support, help or advice do reach out and call one of our Priests or Church Leaders.
We are sure that you and your family will receive a warm welcome and that your experience with us will be one of friendship and fellowship. We look forward to welcoming you to share with us in worship at our services or when we join together at our other events and ministries.
We would also like to invite you to make an online prayer request. Your prayer request opens a door to God who is waiting patiently on the other side of that door, at all times, in all situations, to join with you.
We take Safeguarding very seriously at St Thomas the Apostle Batley. Visit our Safeguarding Page to view our policy document and Diocesan website links. Our Parish Safeguarding Officer is Claire Sayce (firstname.lastname@example.org) . Click on the link below for further information:
