The application process for Strathcona Housing Coop's waitlist is as follows: 

1. submit an application

2. attend a NACHA information session

3. attend an orientation and interview with Strathcona Housing Coop 

After completing these steps, successful applicants will be approved and added to our waitlist for future vacancy.

NACHA information sessions are held monthly and cost $20 to attend. Please visit https://nacha.ca/information-sessions/ to register.

After receiving your application, we will add you to the invite list for our next Strathcona Housing Coop orientation event. These events are held quarterly. You can expect us to be in contact within 3 months of submitting your application. Please check your email spam folder.
