About Us

Our co-op contains 22 stacked townhouses. Units have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and all units include a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. 

• Lower units have a backyard and deck

• Upper units have a balcony 

• All units have one parking stall, but additional stalls are available for a monthly fee

• No smoking inside units

• Member share is $2000

• Pets allowed (maximum 2 pets)

• All units have 2 levels with stairs (please note, bathrooms are not on the main living floor)

2023 Housing charges are $1135 / month for 3 bedroom units, $1040 / month for 2 bedroom units. Utilities are not included. 

*Members are also responsible for all utility costs for their unit and are required to hold tenant's insurance.
