The Lisbon Training Center

The Lisbon Training Center hosts three entities:

1) GLCA -

    Greater Lisbon Christian Academy, a K - 12 school, exists primarily to assist missionary families in the education of their children, but also accepts other students seeking a high quality, Christian education.

 GLCA has many international students, some from other faiths.     Classes are primarily taught in English. 

2) GDL - 

    The Leadership Development Group provides seminary training for those called as pastors, learning from not only from visiting professors but also from our missionaries and pastors here in Portugal. GDL also provides for further training of the lay leadership and members of the local churches. 

3) CFC - 

    The Centro de Formação Cristã (the Portuguese translation of LTC) is the outreach entity of the facilities.

The facilities include:

• Suite for STPers which includes private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and dining/living room combination

• 2 Guest Rooms - each with private bath

• Auditorium - seating 100 

• Dining hall - seating 60 

• Professional Kitchen

• 2 Dorm Rooms - sleeping 16 each

• 2 Shower Rooms

• Large Conference Room

• Small Conference Room

• Sports Field and Children's Playground

• Terrace overlooking the Greater Lisbon area and the Tejo River

• School facilities including a computer room, 2 libraries, science room, and more
