You'll find our service liturgical in style, similar to Lutheran and Roman Catholic services, but in a more informal and collaborative setting.

We sit in a circle rather than in pews.
The words of our liturgy reflect joy in creation and a concern for social justice.
The lessons usually include an interactive telling for both adults and children, followed by wondering and open discussion.
We offer bread and wine to one another each week during communion, and everyone who is hungry--young or old, friend or stranger--is welcome at the Table.

Giving them playdough, coloring pages and other items to keep their hands busy so their ears can better hear;
Including a special children's time into our worship service, using the principles of Godly Play;
Encouraging their active participation throughout the service;
Recognizing them as beloved and important members of our faith community.
