沿革 Church History

イエズス会ハイドリッヒ神父が中心となり1965年､学校法人上智学院・保育所”うめだ｢子供の家｣”が開園され､保育園ホールで主日ミサが行なわれました｡

保育園の敷地の一部に現聖堂が建設され､87年に白柳誠一大司教司式による献堂ミサが行なわれました｡当時の神父､ 信徒の努力のほかドイツから多額の援助を受けて建設することができました｡

責任者(主任司祭)は塚本伊和男師（'87～'90）､川村昕司師（'90～'00）､古賀正典師（'01～'02）､関光雄師（'02～'06）、荒川博行師（'06～'22）、ベロッティ・ジャンルーカ(ルカ)師（'22〜'23）です。

In 1965, under the leadership of Father Heydrich, a Jesuit priest, a nursery school called "Kodomo no Ie" was established in Umeda, and Sunday Mass was celebrated in the hall in the nursery.

The present chapel was built on a part of the nursery site, and the dedication Mass was celebrated in 1987 with Archbishop Seiichi Shirayanagi as the celebrant.

The priests in charge (chief priests) are Rev. Iwao Tsukamoto ('87-'90), Rev. Takashi Kawamura ('90-'00), Rev. Masanori Koga ('01-'02), Rev. Mitsuo Seki ('02-'06), Rev. Hiroyuki Arakawa ('06-'22), and Rev. BELOTTI, Gianluca('22-'23).
