In-cell NMR Spectroscopy.
In-cell NMR provides a unique opportunity to get information about protein interactions in live cells at atomic resolution. Our lab develops a variety of tools that facilitate the in-cell NMR analysis of protein-protein and protein-drug interactions in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic, including human, cells. Our NMR laboratory is located in the Life Sciences Research Building, University at Albany, Albany, NY. We use 600 MHz and 700 MHz Bruker Avance NMR spectrometers, equipped with TCI and QCI probes, to run in-cell NMR experiments.
We are open for collaborations to utilize this unique facility to study biologically and pharmacologically important questions.
