Teaching

In the academic year 2023-2024 at the University of Zurich he is co-teaching: Banking and Contract Economics (PhD), Theory of Financial Intermediation and Banking  (M), Empirical Methods in Sustainable Banking (M), and Advanced Banking (M). And he is partaking in: the Research Seminar in Contract Theory, Banking and Money, the Finance Seminar, the Finance Brown Bag Lunch Seminar, the Sustainable Finance Research Seminar and the URPP Forum on Financial Market Regulation.

For the Swiss Finance Institute he will co-teach the Masterclass on Banken im Wandel: Analog, Digital, Offen…. Geschlossen? (M) and Sustainable Banking (M), and co-chair a Knowledge Exchange Seminar on Geopolitical Risks (Exec).

For the European University Institute he is co-teaching Empirical Methods in Sustainable Banking (Exec).

In the past he has taught at the Barcelona Banking Summer School, CEMFI Summer School, CentER-Tilburg University, the Florence School of Banking and Finance, the Graduate School of Finance in Helsinki, the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, KU Leuven, LSMRC-Lille 2, the Norwegian Business School - BI, Nottingham University Business School, the NTNU PhD Summer School in Finance, Shandong University, the Swiss Finance Institute, and the Universities of Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Mannheim, Oregon, Paris West, St.Gallen and Zurich. He has also taught at central banks around the world and at the Caribbean University of Aruba.
