The Leaving of St Kilda
My poem set to music for voices by Fraser D. Macdonald
for the Edinburgh University Chamber Choir, performed
in the Stefanskirk, Cophenhagen during their summer tour of
Denmark and Sweden.
2018-20 Sound
'Berlin Umbrella' A collaboration with Sound Artist, Berlin-based Sonja Heyer on 'a site- specific 'aural walk' produced by lettretage and launched in Viktoria Park , Kreuzberg, Berlin in June, 2018, then at StAnza Festival, Scotland, 2020.

2020 Prints
'Berlin Water' a series of prints created by Valerie Coffin Price
(calligrapher and artist, Cardiff-based) was inspired by
'Berlin Umbrella' and exhibited at StAnza Poetry Festival at the
same time as our sound/walk.

2015, Dec Dance
'Ayre' from Flout (HappenStance, 2015) inspired a dance piece choreographed
by Matthew Hawkins and was performed by Platinum Dance at the

2015, Nov. Light installation
'Light' was part of an installation in the 'Dark Closes' project in Dumfries;

'Honesty' a watercolour by Jean Ashcroft was inspired by my poem of
that name and the two exhibited together at the Ladybank Art Gallery,
in the former Station Master's House, Fife. See Blog for view of

2013, June Music
'The Child of Breckon Sands' from Flout (HappenStance, 2015) was set to music for voice and piano by Marisa Sharon Hartanto and performed by
mezzo- soprano, Alison Wells at a Masterclass in the Peedie Kirk,

2023, May 'Rewilding: Brodgar: poetry/sound walk' A second collaboration with Sound Artist, Berlin-based, Sonja Heyer, a celebration and lament for endangered species, appeared as part of the Orkney Nature Festival on site or online.
